Airport Village is Kelowna’s newest retail location located off Highway 97 within the Airport Business Park just minutes from UBCO, Kelowna International Airport, Quail Ridge and Ellison communities. Working with general contractor Norson Construction, TOMTAR was responsible for the full building envelope: insulated wall systems, metal cladding, longboard aluminum cladding, TOMTAR ACM panels, flashing and aluminum sunshade system. A TPO Roof was installed. The single-storey commercial development has a leasable floor area of approximately 40,000 sq. ft. with a Nesters Food Market grocery store and several commercial retail stores.
