DETAILS
This midrise development at the corner of KLO and Pandosy required a fully integrated exterior envelope approach. TRS Tomtar delivered a complete scope including roofing, waterproofing, and advanced wall systems featuring VP membrane, thermal clips, and girts. The project also included the installation of ACM panels, high-density fibre cement panels, and metal cladding, along with detailed flashings to ensure long-term durability and performance across all building elevations.
